Order Cancellation

Nothing renews, so nothing to cancel

Each plan is a single payment for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. When that time is up, the plan simply stops. We do not store a card for renewals, we do not charge again unless you order again, and there is no cancellation fee.

Stopping an order you just placed

Ordered by mistake or changed your mind? Send a message on WhatsApp (+44 7476 615897) or e-mail ([TODO: add your e-mail in Customize › theiptvpro.live › Contact & support]) within 14 days of paying, and the refund policy applies.

About automatic renewal

theiptvpro.live does not sell auto-renewing plans. If that changes, the renewal amount and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and you will be able to cancel online, as state automatic-renewal laws require.
