14 days to change your mind

If you are not happy, ask for your money back within 14 days of buying. You do not have to give a reason. Once we have your request, the refund goes back to the payment method you used within 14 days.

Asking for a refund

  2. Give the phone number or e-mail on the order and the date you paid.
  3. We confirm we received it and send the refund.

Worth knowing

  • The free 24-hour test lets you check your phone and TV before paying.
  • You pay in EUR and the refund is made in EUR. The USD figure on your bank statement may differ a little because of exchange rates and card fees.
